Alaska Sea Adventures requires a 50% deposit if it is less than 365 days before departure. If it is more
than 365 days, a 25% deposit will secure your trip. At 365 days before departure, an additional 25% is
due. The deposit is due within 10 days of making your reservation. The remaining balance is due by the
150th day before your charter date. If the reservation is made less than 150 days before your charter
date, payment is due in full within 10 days of making your reservation.

Cancellations

Your payment will be refunded less a 10% cancellation fee if canceled 150 or more days before departure.  Deposits for cancellation 149 days or less will not be refunded. We strongly recommend trip insurance.

A deposit reserves your space. Full payment confirmation protects your fare from any subsequent changes. Direct and Agent Bookings: Alaska Sea Adventures is the central booking agent for the M/V Northern Song. Double Occupancy Fares vary according to cabin selection.

Individual Cabin Fares

Individual cabins are based on two individuals in each cabin.

What Is Included

All meals, soft drinks, select wine with dinner, bottled water, beer, bedding, linens, saltwater fishing tackle, and bait. If you book direct with Alaska Sea Adventures, your transfers between boat and hotel or boat and airport in Alaska are included.

Our crew will help you purchase any fishing licenses when you are aboard.

Travel Insurance

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. Travel insurance is not included in the price of your trip.

Weather

Weather is always a factor, and wind is the most bothersome. Mariners have altered courses to minimize the weather’s impact for centuries. If safety or comfort becomes a factor, your Captain may select an alternate route to preserve the quality of your cruise.

Other Conditions

Fares, itineraries, and terms are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to alter an itinerary for your safety, weather, or spontaneous opportunities to make your adventure even more spectacular.
